Welcome to NexAir Comfort. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

NexAir Comfort provides residential HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and electrical services in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance
  • Heating system repair, installation, and maintenance
  • Ductless mini-split system installation and service
  • Indoor air quality assessment and solutions
  • Residential plumbing repair and installation
  • Residential electrical repair and installation
  • Preventive maintenance plans and membership programs

All services are performed by licensed, insured, and trained technicians. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and technician availability.

Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront pricing for all services before work begins. Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if additional issues are discovered during service. In such cases, we will obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and financing through approved partners. Membership plan payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel recurring payments by contacting us or managing your subscription through the provided portal.

Warranties

NexAir Comfort stands behind our work. Our warranty terms are as follows:

  • Labor Warranty: All repair work is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of service.
  • Parts Warranty:Replacement parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims on parts we install.
  • Installation Warranty: New system installations include our workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years, in addition to manufacturer warranties which may extend up to 10 years.
  • Membership Benefits: Gold-tier members receive an extended labor warranty on all repairs performed during active membership.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service must be requested by contacting NexAir Comfort directly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Membership plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, NexAir Comfort's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. NexAir Comfort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexAir Comfort, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
